Cystic acne treatment and black acne on the inner thigh

Changing my diet to one that didn't cause my acne. That's right, what you eat actually results in either acne-filled skin, or clear skin. And by making some easy changes you can completely clear up all of your acne...
While there is no direct link between diet and acne, some researches contend that certain foods cause acne. Recent studies hypothesize that milk which contains IGF-1 hormone causes acne. Researchers also suggest that food with high refined sugar and processed foods cause acne. According to them this happens when rapidly digested carbo foods such as white bread and refined sugars produce an overload in metabolic glucose that is rapidly converted into the types of fat that can build up in sebaceous glands. Hence, avoidance of junk food and other food with high fat and sugar content is recommended.
When children reach their teen hood, majority of them begin to develop acne. It is been proved scientifically that eight out of ten teens develop acne or pimples when they reach 13. Developing acne is very common which is mainly due to hormonal changes which occur during puberty. It is very easy to take care of acnes; all you need to do is change your diet and give some extra care for your skin. First let's see what acne is and what causes them. Acne is a condition where a tiny bump emerges from the skin. It especially affects the face, neck, upper back, shoulders and sometimes chest. Both boys and girls develop acne when they reach their teens. These tiny bumps can be pimples, whiteheads, blackheads or cysts. You need to understand that acne is not a disease. All acnes gradually disappear when they reach around 21 years.
